We help Youth fall in love with fitness through 1:1 and sports team training!

All fitness levels are welcome

Youth ages 12+ come to Montone Fitness Coaching to learn how to exercise while engaging in fun, effective and age-specific workouts. Our goal is to instill confidence as they strive to live an active and healthy lifestyle.

Athletes and sports teams benefit from our strength, endurance and conditioning sessions learn more about our Sports Team Training below.

Youth Training

We love to work with kids ages 12 and up to foster a healthy relationship with fitness and build their strength and confidence.

  • As a softball player, Monica helps to strengthen my core and improve my speed. We laugh, gossip, and I teach her the “cool” words at school.
