    PERSONAL TRAINER

    Marissa is a dedicated personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Marissa has developed a reputation for her expertise in functional strength training and hypertrophy training. She works with a diverse clientele, ranging from teens to older adults, ensuring personalized and effective training programs tailored to each individual’s needs.

    Marissa is a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist, which enables her to design training regimens that not only enhance strength and performance but also prioritize injury prevention and pain-free movement.

    Certified Fitness Trainer, Pilates, and Integrative Nutrition Professional

    Vonna has over 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. She earned her B.S Chemistry and began working in the industry of research science and Biopharma, while also teaching and coaching fitness classes. Earning certifications from AFAA in various group exercise modalities, pilates, personal training, and a certification in Integrative Nutrition, she left Pharma to raise her family. Her experience and expertise in core training, athletic training, mobility, and flexibility ensures her clients begin to move and feel better than ever before while gaining strength. When not lifting weights or working on pilates and core movements, she loves being with her three active boys, playing pickleball, and spending time in nature.

    Calu is a fitness and nutrition coach with over 20 years of experience helping clients build strength, confidence, and balance through movement and mindful eating. As a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CFL1) for 11 years, Precision Nutrition Level 1 (PNL1) Coach, AAAI & ISMA Certified Personal Strength and Weight Training Consultant, and Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), she blends science, strategy, and heart into every program she designs.

    Calu’s approach goes beyond workouts and meal plans—she partners with each client to create customized, sustainable systems that fuel energy, enhance performance, and elevate overall quality of life. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to motivate and empower others to live their best life—strong, capable, and confident inside and out.

Monica’s Fitness Journey

My passion for fitness started when I joined the Cross Country team at Archbishop Wood High School. I became fascinated by the way the human body moved and I loved feeling strong and accomplished after my weight lifting sessions.

This enthusiasm grew when I earned my Personal Training certification and began training clients at age 19 at LA Fitness. I loved working with my clients and was personally thrilled with how lifting weights enhanced my otherwise slender physique, and strength training became my new focus.

I graduated from Temple in 2008 with my B.S. in Kinesiology and certification to teach Health and Physical Education. I had a hard time finding a teaching job and worked in corporate fitness as the manager of the fitness center and wellness programs for Comcast employees in Philadelphia.

In June of 2014, I discovered an unused fitness studio in Doylestown and posted on Facebook that I found a place to train all my former clients… and they all came.

I am so grateful for all of my clients, some of whom have been with me for over 10 years. I’ve been fortunate to develop so many close relationships with my clients over the years and I’m honored to be their Fitness Coach.
