    5:30PM - 6:15PM

    A slower-paced heavy-lifting workout built for maximum strength and muscle gains. Intense lifts with focused execution and solid coaching cues. Start the week strong.

    CIRCUIT BURN
    6:00 PM - 6:45 PM

    A nonstop, full-body circuit-style workout focused on increasing strength with just enough cardio to not make you hate it (and us).

    This booty-building workout blends resistance training, plyometrics, and core conditioning. Glute Salute includes a range of upper body exercises for overall strength.

    An innovative, stability-based class focused on intentional movement, breathwork, and mobility to build deep core strength and control. Shaking is strongly encouraged.

    SATURDAY MORNING SHITSHOW
    9:15 AM - 10:00 AM

    A wild-card workout that changes format weekly depending on the crew. A unique blend of strength, core, and cardio-so fun, so chaotic and it somehow always runs late.
